If travelling south on M11

Come off at Junction 12.  You will come to a large roundabout which intersects with the A603.  Go straight over the roundabout, taking the second exit (the first exit being the A603 into Cambridge) and take the Cotton Road into Grantchester.  At the T-junction, in the heart of Grantchester, turn right.  There is an S bend starting at the Church and after the second bend you will see the Tea Garden on the left hand side.  The next bend is around to the left.  After about 50 yards you will find the entrance to the Tea Garden car park on the left.
